The package has been sent if there is a tracking number.

The parcel was first sent from our warehouse. The package will be airlifted to the transportation company's processing center. Then, the transportation companies will pick up packages from the airport. Once they scan the package, the website will update the tracking number.

It may take 3-5 days after shipment from our terminal to see any activity. Please give the courier some time to update the tracking information when your package arrive at the next stop.
